On October 25 and 26 “Rīgas satiksme” customer service at Prāgas Street 1 will be closed
On October 25 and 26customers are invited to visit the nearby customer service centre at Spīķeru Street 1, which is open on workdays from 09.00 till 19.00.
“Rīgas satiksme” customer service centres are located at: Brīvības Street 49/53, Brīvības Street 191, Brīvības Street 384b, Spīķeru Street 1, Vienības gatve 117a and Kurzemes Avenue 137. They are open every workday from 9.00 till 19.00 (at Brīvības Street 49/53 and Brīvības Street 191 from 8.00 till 19.00), on Saturday from 10.00 till 16:00 (at Brīvības Street 49/53 from 10.00 till 15.00), on Sunday – closed except Spīķeru Street 1, where the customer service centre is open from 10.00 till 16.00 in Sunday. You can apply for visiting a customer service centre also in advance on „Rīgas satiksme” website at www.rigassatiksme.lv .
In „Rīgas satiksmes” customer service, one can receive personalized and non-personalized e-tickets, Riga resident’s cards, pupil’s e-cards, have them replaced, receive information about the contents of an e-ticket an solve other e-ticket related issues.
